The useful part.
01A 25% deposit holds the date.
02Cancel 31 or more days before the event: the deposit is refunded less a A$250 administration fee.
03Cancel 8 to 30 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
04Cancel 0 to 7 days before the event: the agreed minimum spend becomes payable.
05Final guest count and dietary requirements are due seven days before the event.
